MagneBrite Return & Replacement Policy

At MagneTec, we’re committed to ensuring that every customer receives a high-quality product and a great experience. While we stand by the durability and reliability of our products, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the original delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@magnetec.pro to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items must be in like-new condition unless the return is due to a product defect.
Replacements for Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it upon inspection. In order to issue a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or a brief description of the issue.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and RMA form.
- Final determination regarding warranty coverage, replacement, or repair will be made after physical inspection of the returned unit.
Inspection & Repair Options for Non-Warranty Issues
If a returned unit is determined, after inspection, to be outside of warranty coverage (e.g., damaged through misuse, modification, or other non-covered causes), we will notify you of our findings. You will then have the option to:
- Have the unit returned to you as-is (with shipping covered by the customer), or

Proceed with a repair, offered at a cost based on the extent of damage.
- A repair quote will be issued after inspection.
- No repair work or charges will occur without your explicit approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items provided for free or in goodwill.
- Items not purchased directly from MagneBrite or our official partners.
- Items damaged through misuse or modification.
Customer Satisfaction
We always strive to do right by our customers. If you believe an exception should be made or if you’re unsatisfied with how a return is being handled, we’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out — we want to make it right, and we appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve.

MagneTec, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return material authorization for any reason found at the sole discretion of MagneTec, LLC. MagneTec, LLC may also request video or photo evidence to aid in the authorization process for return materials.
